-Over 90% of our items are BRAND NEW, still in original packaging.
-We examine the other 10% for defects or damage. These items will be labeled as USED in their description.
-All boxes are opened to verify that the product is new, intact, and all pieces accounted for.
-Some boxes are slightly damaged, this is generally the reason they are liquidated by Amazon instead of being resold online, but the product is undamaged.
-We do not have the capacity to assemble all items. We will check the parts included against the instruction manual to ensure all pieces are present. If a box is significantly damaged, we may assemble the product and any defects will be indicated on the listing.
Refunds/Returns
-If you are assembling one of our products that came unassembled and find and parts are missing, please contact us immediately! We will be in contact with you and rest assured, we will make it right ASAP!
